Wow! What a great night. The fighters have my utmost respect, good job to you all. You may disagree but, T.Hunter has my vote for fight of the night and perhaps Best Submit as well. Best "Entrance of the Night" goes to James Warfield, song selection was key. Hey, Jimmy Nelsons' knees must be freaking registered weapons. Billy Bird with one hell of a kick to the ribs, your opponent will remember you with every breath, giggle or sneeze for the next few weeks. I want to see a Matt Thomson VS Rex Griepentrog rematch.
Congrates to Filipe Barbosa and his warriors, might have to put up some new surports in the trophy case after Saturdays' sweep. I look forward to good things to come in Jan, ECO III Jan 16.
Thanks to: John&Niki Lipke,Adrian Serrano,Sean Shirek,Sara Shaw,Ray Wessley, all the great ECO staff,Ho-Chunk Nation and its wounderful and helpful staff and most of all the fans.

Not sure if this was a mistake or not, but please tell me two guys from the same gym didn't fight each other...

I would like to point out that Jodon Mundth and Shawn Cunningham are not from the same school. Jodon will be joining warzone mma in the future but those two warriors wanted to bang first.

You want to see a Rex Griepentrog vs. Matt Thompson rematch? I don't think that rematch would be very good. I believe the result of the fight would end up being the same! Rex Griepentrog needs to fight tougher opponents, and in my eyes deserves the next title shot at ECO 4 185lb weight class.

Yes, Rex is a great fighter and Matt T is also a great fighter, and both good guys. I did not know who had the upper hand in that match. And yes I would love to give Rex a title shot some day, however he needs to go pro first.

Yes you are correct John, my mistake. I had thought Rex was at pro but found out he wasn't. I hope that guy goes pro. Every fight I've seen him in he has been such an exciting and explosive fighter with a great fan base. If he wins in his next pro fight impressively I hope he gets a title shot considering Hodges was 1-1 and got the chance. No offense to Hodges because he is also a great fighter that I've enjoyed watching as well.

The reason I gave Floyd this title shot even though he was only 1-1 was because I had followed his ammy career and could see his potential. The kid is a beast and will go far in this sport as long as he stays motivated. Second, Rex is in the process of going pro and I have been following his ammy fights as well. Believe me, he will have a shot at out 185 title belt.
