Gladiators is bringing us another solid fight card in "Battle at the Bleachers" at Wind Lake, Wisconsin this Saturday, June 20th.

The main event would have been, and still might be, a spectacle for all in attendance to see. Rob Smith was set to fight Sam Alvey but was recently injured, so they are now looking for a new opponent with the strength and skills to take on Sam "Smiling" Alvey.

Sam Alvey, fighting out of Metz's Combat Club, is relatively new to the game, but don't let that fool you. His professional record is 4-1, with his only loss coming from the hands of Caleb Nelson last month. His most notable win was against Justin Lemke at "Racine Fight Night 2" in which he won the belt.

The second main event should be just as exciting as the Smith and Alvey bout. Reese "Old Man" Shaner is looking to keep his Heavyweight belt in Waukesha when he takes on Demian "The Coroner" Decorah, out of Madison's Chosen Few gym. Shaner, who holds a record of 11-4, only fought twice in 2008 and has yet to enter a cage this year. Although he has taken a bit of a hiatus, he is still running a 7-fight win streak.

Decorah has been around the block with a record of 23-29-1. His last bout was a loss to Paul Martinez, which he took on short notice in place of the infamous Terry Kleiman after his arrest for animal cruelty. These two big boys are sure to put on a slugfest for all to see.

An awesome grappling match will also be taking place for the light heavyweight championship between Justin "Bacon" Hutter, co owner of Waukesha MMA, and Scott Huston who recently opened his own school, 360 BJJ, in Wauwatosa Wisconsin.

There will be 24 fights total, including some Pankration action amongst the youngsters early on in the evening.

The doors open at 6:00 pm, with the main card beginning at 7:00.

The location for the evening's entertainment is Kelly's Bleachers at 7805 S LOOMIS RD in Wind Lake, WI.
